- Minimum cash back that you are expecting i.e. 30%, 40% etc.

The auction will automatically open for bidding at the auction start date &
time indicated by you. Once open, the auction will invite real estate agents to
bid the Cash Back amount they are willing to give after the buyer finds a home.
This will create an ideal competition among realtors.
You as a client and a buyer will be able to see the profile, read reviews and view
each bidders (real estate Agents) rating . You will also be able to decline a bid
from any real estate Agent and also reserve the right to terminate the Auction at
any time.

The bidding will automatically close at the specified auction end date & time.
By that time, the auction may have received several bids from various real estate
agents, however the agent with the highest bid would win. At closing of the auction,
your contact information such as telephone number and email address will be revealed
to the winning real estate agent.
The realtor may then contact you to establish a relationship leading you to a successful
property purchase. Please note that auction does not obligate the buyer to any commitment
unless a written contract is made. In other words, the Cash Back auction is not
a legally bound contract. At the closing of the auction, the buyer is expected to
contact the winning realtor or vice versa; and discuss entering into a contract
for the real estate property purchase.
