You may search Cash Back and Listing Commission auctions created by various buyers
and sellers in the state you are licensed. You may search Auctions by location,
Auction Status, Auction number and several other parameters.

Once you find an auction that is open for bidding, you may place an anonymous commission
bid on it. You must be registered and logged in to place a bid. You may only place
bids on auctions of the state you are licensed to practice real estate.

Cash Back bids are placed in the increments. You must bid an amount higher
than the previous highest bidder. The Agent who bids the highest Cash Back
before auction closing wins the auction. The winning agent is able to establish
contact with the potential buyer. However, winning an auction on HomeCommission.com
does not constitute a legally bound contract between both parties.

Listing Commission bids are placed in the decrements. You must bid an amount
lower than the previous lowest bidder. The realtor who bids the lowest Listing
Commission before auction closing wins the auction. Bid amount reflects the total
commission that potential seller will pay, however, it also includes the commission
for buyer’s agent. The winning agent is able to establish contact with the potential
seller.
However, winning an auction on HomeCommission.com does not constitute a legally
bound contract between both parties.

Auction will close automatically for bidding at the specified auction end date &
time by seller. At auction closing, the winning agent is able to view the contact
information i.e. phone, address and email information of the seller or buyer. Realtors
can therefore contact the client and establish a relationship most likely leading
to a successful property sale or purchase. Upon closing of the auction, the buyer/seller
is expected to contact the winning realtor or vice versa; to discuss entering into
a contract for the real estate property purchase/sale.
